sry for non bid reply, but in the pc u didn't mention it is inscriptable, the guys there PC'd a non inscr Serpent axe.

The Tyrian skin is larger and dye affects the whole axe, while the Canthan axe is smaller and dye only affects the serpent symbol and yellow pieces of the axe.

That is what he is meaning when he says Oldschool hence the () after it with the description.
